BRAND CONTENT ELIGIBILITY SCHEDULE
This Brand Content Eligibility Schedule (“Schedule”) is incorporated by reference into the Brand & Intellectual Property License Agreement (“Agreement”) between Shobbl Incorporated (“Shobbl”) and the undersigned Licensor.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Schedule have the meanings set forth in the Agreement, Shobbl’s Content Classification Policy, and Shobbl’s Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”).
1. PURPOSE & SCOPE
This Schedule defines brand-specific content eligibility restrictions applicable to the Licensed IP when incorporated into Creator Content and Products made available through the Shobbl Platform.
This Schedule operates in addition to, and not in place of, Shobbl’s Platform-wide Content Classification Policy and AUP.
Nothing in this Schedule creates a right to publish, distribute, monetize, or access content, or limits Shobbl’s discretion to classify, restrict, or remove content in accordance with its policies.
2. Platform GOVERNANCE & PRECEDENCE
2.1 Platform Policies Control
All uses of the Licensed IP are subject to:
• Shobbl’s Content Classification Policy;
• Shobbl’s Acceptable Use Policy; and
• Shobbl’s Master Terms of Use and Incorporated Policies.
Where a conflict exists, Shobbl’s Platform-wide policies control; provided, however, that this Schedule or the Agreement may impose additional restrictions on the use of the Licensed IP that are more restrictive than, but not inconsistent with, Shobbl’s policies.
2.2 Brand Restrictions Are Additive Only
Licensor-specified restrictions may further limit eligible uses of the Licensed IP but may not permit content or uses that are otherwise Restricted, Blacklisted, or Forbidden under Shobbl policies.
3. ELIGIBLE CONTENT CLASSIFICATIONS
Subject to Section 2, the Licensed IP may be incorporated only into Creator Content classified under Shobbl’s Content Classification Policy as one or more of the following:
☐ All Ages
☐ 7+
☐ 12+
☐ 16+
☐ 18+ (Non-Sexual)
☐ 18+ (Sexualized Content; Additional Restrictions Apply - See Section 4.2)
☐ Other (specify): ______________________
Eligibility applies solely to the classifications selected above, except as expressly provided in Section 4.2. Content falling outside the permitted classifications is not eligible to incorporate the Licensed IP.
4. INELIGIBLE CONTENT CLASSIFICATIONS
4.1 General Prohibition
Except as expressly permitted under Section 4.2, the Licensed IP may not be incorporated into Creator Content classified as including, without limitation:
• Sexualized Content, as defined under Shobbl’s Content Classification Policy;
• Sexual Violence, Exploitation, or Coercion;
• Hate, Harassment, or Extremist Content;
• Political Advocacy, Campaigning, or Ideological Promotion;
• Illegal, Fraudulent, or Deceptive Activity;
• AI-generated or AI-assisted content prohibited under Shobbl’s Acceptable Use Policy or AI Use-Case Policy; or
• Any Blacklisted or Forbidden Content under Shobbl policies.
4.2 Optional Restricted Content Eligibility
Notwithstanding Sections 3 and 4.1, Licensor may request eligibility for lawful, fictional 18+ content classified as Sexualized Content under Shobbl’s Content Classification Policy.
Any such eligibility, if approved by Shobbl, is subject at all times to the Content Classification Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable Platform requirements, and Shobbl’s sole discretion. Eligibility does not imply monetization approval and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without liability.
5. CONTEXTUAL & THEMATIC RESTRICTIONS (OPTIONAL)
In addition to classification-based restrictions, Licensor may impose the following contextual limitations, if selected:
☐ No sexual themes or innuendo
☐ No political or religious contexts
☐ No depiction of criminal activity
☐ No depiction of substance abuse
☐ No association with real-world tragedies
☐ No parody or satirical reinterpretation
☐ No re-contextualization inconsistent with brand values
☐ Other restrictions (describe): ______________________
Unselected items do not imply permission if otherwise restricted by Shobbl policies.
6. USE-CASE LIMITATIONS
Licensed IP use is limited to the following approved use cases:
☐ Decorative / illustrative use only

☐ Narrative or story-based works
☐ Mods, add-ons, or user-generated expansions

☐ Other (specify): ______________________

7. NO PRE-APPROVAL; NO ENTITLEMENT
Nothing in this Schedule:
Requires Shobbl to submit Creator Content for Licensor approval;
Guarantees inclusion of Licensed IP in any content or Product; or
Creates an editorial, approval, or agency relationship.
Shobbl retains sole discretion to approve, reject, restrict, classify, or remove any content or Product.
8. ENFORCEMENT & MODIFICATION
8.1 Enforcement
Shobbl may enforce this Schedule through content restriction, removal, monetization suspension, or other actions consistent with the Agreement and Platform policies.
8.2 Updates
Licensor-requested changes to this Schedule must be submitted in writing and are effective only upon written acceptance by Shobbl.
Shobbl may update its Content Classification Policy or AUP independently. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of such updates.
9. NO WAIVER
Failure to enforce this Schedule with respect to any particular content does not constitute a waiver of any rights under this Schedule or the Agreement.
10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Licensor acknowledges that:
Shobbl operates a Platform-wide content governance system;
Classification outcomes may vary based on context; and
Shobbl does not guarantee that all Creator interpretations will align with Licensor’s preferences.
This Schedule reflects eligibility parameters only, not approval outcomes.
